Ready...Set...Cleanse {7 Day Detox}

My sister in law, Caroline and I have been looking for a cleanse for a couple months now and I believe we have finally found one we can actually stick with and really give a go.  I have tried cleanses before that are all liquid or liquid with a few snacks here and there and this girl just gets entirely too grouchy when you take her food away.  
This is a seven day detox cleanse and my hope is that I will feel a sense of renewal with a fresh outlook to help me jump-start my spring rush to get fit before I have to slowly start removing the bulky, hide the hibernation weight I’ve put on under the winter sweater.  The clocks spring forward this weekend and that means it’s time to get outside and start running.  These feet don’t hit the pavement until the clocks move up.  I will be updating you all on our progress and anyone who wants to join us comment below and we can link up or follow along on our

  1. Day one and all I have eaten is fruit, apples, grapes, watermelon, pineapple and more but having severe cramps and nausea. Is this normal. Oh yeah and a ton of water!!

  2. is this what i should eat 3times a day or what i should period? For example the cup of rice is that once all day or is it a cup of rice for each 3 meals a day?

  3. Getting a good detox system going was difficult for me. I was detoxing off an unfortunate substance addiction due to a surgery gone wrong. Fortunately I am over it and now am looking for 7 day detoxes like this one! Thanks for sharing.

  4. Is the meals in one sitting or are they spaced out?
