of those days where you’re just like, “Pour me a stiff one”, “Make it a double”,
“Chin Chin”, “Bottom’s up buttercup”?!
Well today is one of those days for me.
All I can think of is mini vacay’s and big floppy sun hats! I just feel like gathering those I love,
sippin’ on pretty little cocktails, with the obligatory pinky sticking out of
course, while twirling in the summer heat! Is that too much to ask?!
Like I’ve said before
presentation is everything and that includes your cocktails!
Here are two must try
boozy-licious bevs to kick your summer (and mine) off
in all the right ways!
First up the Toasted Pineapple Cocktail from Sugar + Charm!

How To
1/2 cup shredded coconut for the rim
(toasted it in the oven for a few minutes until golden brown)
1/4 cup freshly-squeezed orange juice
1/4 cup coconut rum
1 1/4 ounce dark rum
1/2 cup pureed pineapple (puree the pineapple you carved out of the middle)
Add a dash of sugar or simple syrup if you like it sweeter.
