Childhoods Clothing made its debut just few short years ago in 2012 and has totally become a must have for little ones.  Meredith and Andrew Pickup are a husband and wife team out of Houston, Texas that take pride in producing their stylish threads locally.

I for one cannot wait to dress our little "Baby G" up in Childhoods Clothing!
 I love the hipster chic style that's full of comfort in each and every piece.

I Spy {Halloween Movie Picks}

I will be the first to admit I am at TOTAL scaredy cat! I am talking almost 32 years old and STILL scared of the dark! That’s right I keep a night light in my room… #noshameinmygame
I love Halloween but, I do not need scary people covered in fake blood jumping out at me or some ax murderer haunting my dreams.  I made the mistake of seeing the Texas Chainsaw Massacre remake, you know the one with Jessica Biel back in 2003? Well after sitting through the entire movie curled up in a tiny ball with my eyes covered 90% of the time I swore my days of attempting to watch horror movies was OVER! So when it comes to scary movies I keep it pretty PG.
Here are a few of my faves that are fun for the whole fam and a few that will scare ya just enough but, won’t have you sleeping with one eye open!

I Spy {Fall Wreaths and Frugal Tiff?!}

I adore a wreath on a door front. I just feel they give you that welcome to our home cozy feeling!

However, wreaths are one thing that I have always thought were priced way high! I have been told many times in my life that I have “no concept of money” and that I spend way too frivolously but, went it comes to wreaths I just think it’s insane how pricey they can be. I have no doubt this is why so many people make their own. I say every year I’m going to hang a wreath on my front door for fall and NEVER do simply because I can never find one that I adore that is at a reasonable price. This year I feel like all of my neighbors have adorned their door fronts with the beauty’s so now it’s kinda like I’m the odd ball out! Well this just can’t be! I guess maybe I ought to pass on a pair of new fall boots and join the club? HA! Who am I kidding? I’d much rather skip a meal or two than give up a “necessity” like new boots.
Like Miss Carrie Bradshaw said…
“When I first moved to New York and I was totally broke, sometimes I bought Vogue instead of dinner. I found it fed me more.”

I Spy {Precious Nurseries}

I am still quite a ways away from decorating a nursery but, that doesn’t mean a girl can’t tuck away a little inspiration in prep for when the day actually arrives, right?!!

I Spy {Wire Chairs & Waffle Booty}

I’m a huge fan of wire chairs. I’m not a huge fan of the wicked indentions they leave on my legs!!! Ugh! Wire chairs are a great option for smaller spaces in your home as the openness gives the illusion of more space and for the most part are fairly reasonable in price. The clean lines of these chairs can provide just the right amount of modern chicness to any room.  I'm willing to risk a little waffle butt for great decor!  What about you?!

I Spy {Rustic Chic}

As of last week my car is officially paid off and the title arrived in the mail yesterday!!! Woohoo!!
My parents are beyond proud of me (and slightly shocked I’m sure) for making the responsible decision to hang on to my car for at least two more years and enjoy not having a car payment. Fingers crossed I can stick it out that long. I’m a car lover and I’m sure most of you will agree there is nothing quite like the smell of a new car.

With that being said, there is now extra $$ burning one severe hole in my pocket.
I am going to try really hard to save as much as I can but, for the last 4 years I have been dying to fence in my backyard. So…let the planning begin!!

One thing I know I would like is a unique, rustically chic door to add some character to the fencing.
Of course I plan to pick up a few glossies for inspiration but, I’m addicted to pinterest as I’m sure you are too, and have grabbed a little inspiration from our online addiction as well.

And hello, I'm obsessed!
If only this gate would keep my 5lb fur ball Presley from sprinting through!

I Spy {Back to the Basics}

 My sweet mother for as long as I can remember has always said to me, "Tiffany you really should try to buy more classic pieces for your wardrobe and a little less trendy pieces that you can only wear a time or two." Do I agree with her? Absolutely! Do I find shopping for basics nearly as enjoyable as picking up an eye-catching "O.M.Gah Where did you get that" item?? No way!!
But, having said that, there is one basic piece that I think every woman should have in her closet…
A White Silk Blouse!!
Whether you dress it up or down, this simple top can come across as playful and flirty or give off super sex appeal!
The choice is yours…

I Spy {Fringe Round-Up}

If I could pick any other decade to have lived in, it would most definitely have been the 60's. To be more exact, late 60’s into the early 70’s! Never mind the fact that my extra fine, stick straight hair would have been the sought after look (for once in its life) but, hippie/bohemian style has always been a look I adore and gravitate to.
In middle school my room looked like a time warp back to the 70’s. From floor to ceiling, corner to corner, my bedroom was covered in dream catchers, peace signs, tie-dyed coffee filters (yes you heard correct- Miss DIY even in my younger days), and every light bulb had been switched out from white to green, red, blue, and of course the absolutely necessary black light. Hello, it made my posters glow and reflected ever so perfectly off of my lava lamp.
There was just something about the thought of being a “flower child” that just seemed right.
So, the idea of rocking fringe makes me immediately want to pullout a pair of oval shaped shades and throw up a peace sign!

What about you?
What decade do you believe you were destined for?!
