Tomorrow morning, this little lady is off to the beach with a few of my best girlfriends for our annual trip! I seriously get so excited for this extra long weekend of shenanigans every year!
Today, I'm checking out a few tropical concoctions for the occasion. Here are two simple ones that I just feel are a MUST for beachside sipping.
**Kiwi Daiquiri**
3 frozen kiwis
2 ounces Malibu Rum
1 ounce simple syrup
½ ounce lime juice
**Watermelon Daiquiri**
7 large chunks of frozen watermelon
2 ounces Bacardi Rock Coconut Rum
1 ounce Watermelon Pucker Schnapps
