For the Love of Cooking: {Pumpkin Gnocchi}
If Gnocchi is on the menu,
chances are it’s going to be my entrée of choice.
There is something
about those little dough dumplings that hits the spot for me. Could it be
my addiction to carbs?! Quite possibly; and you see that is reason enough
for me to lust over these perfect fall recipes. I would love nothing more
than to cover my entire kitchen in flour and give my best attempt of making my
gnocchi from scratch (as my brother’s Italian fiancée Christina does) BUT, I make no
promises that while the majority of my home is being boxed up in preparation
for our move, that my little dough balls won’t be store bought- shame on me…I
know! Maybe next year I can follow these recipes a little more closely!
I decided to share two
variations of this recipe because we all like options right?!
First up,
and my top pick comes from a featured post on Camille Styles blog (If you
aren’t familiar with Camille put it on the to do list!) by Mimi Thorisson of
Manager (item #2 on your to do list). The Saint-Nectarie cheese sauce is what caught my eye and really pulled me
to this pumpkin gnocchi.

Next up, is a
Brown Butter & Sage Pumpkin Gnocchi. Now, this recipe I know I will
LOVE as it incorporates potatoes as many gnocchi recipes do and a dash of
cinnamon…YES!!

Are you a fan of gnocchi?? Have you tired these variations?? Details!!
Bon Appetite!

Magnolia {Farmhouse Chic}
One of my and Scott's favorite shows
to watch is Fixer Upper on HGTV. If you aren’t familiar with the
show, stop what you are doing and set your DVR to record!! You will absolutely
fall in love with Joanna and Chip Gaines, the muscle and beauty behind each gorgeous
reno! Not only are these two ridiculously
talented, but, they are one of the most loving and compassionate couples on TV. It’s an extremely nice break from a lot of
garbage {to put it nicely} that fills
our airwaves today.
Joanna has a few signature pieces
she is known for and I’ll be sharing more next week but, today I wanted to
share one of “Jo Jo’s” (as Chip calls her) go to fixer upper farmhouse meets
glam pieces…The sliding barn door! My very
best friend Rebecca and her husband Greg are in the process of building their
forever home on a huge plot of family land that
will be oozing in old farmhouse beauty and this is one statement piece I’m
dying to see her incorporate! I can
hardly stand the wait to see this gem!!
Below is few of my favorites I’ve
rounded up on Pinterest for you all to gush over! After your drool sesh, you must stop by
Magnolia Farm were Jo Jo and Chip call home and indulge just a little bit more!

Sophisticated In White {Fall Decor}
One of my favorite seasons to decorate for is Fall.
There is something about the cooler season and deep rich tones that just gives you that warm and fuzzy feeling of comfort. As I updated you a couple post back, Scott and I are currently selling our home and guess what…as of last Friday night, we have accepted an offer!!! Yippee!! Unfortunately, having the house on the market means I had to dial back my fun and festive fall décor but, I couldn’t help but gush over these clean white round with perfection style options. I still say you must toss in a few deeper hues here and there but, you can never go wrong with clean and ever so elegant white. Next, year in our new home (fingers crossed) white with pops of orange and deep red is what you will find at the Gaither “estate”!

Love It or Hate It {Ombre Accent Wall}
Hey Hey Hey...Remember Me?!
I'm back and with a new last name!!! Allow me to reintroduce myself as the forever blushing bride Tiffany Gaither to one handsome man and total gentleman, Scott Gaither!!
That's right...August 2nd at 6pm, my fella and I tied the knot and marital bliss has completely ensued!
I have a full post coming your way soon with all the details but, for now here is just a tiny sneak peek!
Alexis of Red Stone Photography is nothing short of amazing!!!
Scott and I currently have our home on the market and we are hunting a new place we can call home so you can imagine how I am filling my spare times these days!! Pinterest and my forever favorite glossy mags are all I can seem to gush over at the moment! I stumbled across this beautiful ombre accent wall and started thinking...would this be fun in an office or sitting room?? Maybe a guest room or nursery (hold your horses, we are still enjoying being newlyweds at the moment but, a girl has to think of the future...duh).
So what are your thoughts?? Are you diggin' the transition of color onto an accent wall or do you feel this trend is best left for your luscious locks and cakes and such?!
So what's it gonna be??
Love it or Hate it??!
