My June Wish List

How is June almost over?!
Before another day slips by -  I'm halting everything to finally share this months wish list!

We are just in the very beginning stages of FINALLY renovating our master bedroom.  You would think I would have moved it up on the priority list much sooner, but in all honesty, I feel the only people who really see it are myself, Scott, and Fiona...and we aren't THAT hard to impress! haha
All jokes aside- I have a vision for this room and the gorgeous Whitlock Pillow and Carlotta Armchair would be an absolutely perfect fit!

The A&F Shorts are on the list simply because I have heard so many fellow bloggers RAVE about these shorts! Y'all know I am NOT a fan of shorts.  So, when people start saying things like, they fit my mom-bod and my cheekies are covered...I'm giving them a go! Plus, they are on major sale!

My April Wish List

You know how there are those items that you want and then those that you need...

 

Well... I NEED every single one of these and I don't believe for a second any of these are a "want"!

April Wish List

 

First up - this Malibu Skye Straw Bucket Bag is giving me life and um...yeah it's $68

Kendra Scott just launched her candle collection and I have yet to smell however, it's KS and we know we are all going to immediately love every scent!

American Eagle is a store that I haven't shopped in like YEARS, but I have to give it to them! Lately I am finding super adorable clothes at AE and recently some crazy amazing sandals at awesome prices. I've never been a huge fan of pink, but lately I seem to be gravitating to the softer tones like these perfect for spring and summer sandals.  

 

Let's be real...Fixer Upper might have come to an end, but Jo Jo is here to stay.  I am so excited to get my hands on her new cookbook!  

Ok! Let's talk the Opal House Collection!! It screams Anthropologie, but is crazy affordable and I need pretty much the whole collection! HA! I will most likely do a completely separate post on OH to show yall all the amazing items, but let's start with two items that I would love to add in our downstairs bathroom! The teal blue soap dispenser - this color is everything! The palm leaf canvas prints are pretty much what I'm counting on to pull this space together! 

They are sold as a set for only $74!! 

Last, if you have followed me for any length of time you know that I developed melasama during pregnancy.  This pretty much meant that my carefree days of soaking up sun rays were over.  I've always used spf on my face, but now I also toss on a hat! This Madewell straw hat is just what I need for our beach trips this year!

My March Wish List

Since the start of the year I have been thinking about the blog and how I would like to revamp and mix things up a little. So, get ready for a few new series and exciting updates!  To kick things off we are starting with a new monthly series of all the items on my current Wish List! Per usual everything will be linked and easily made shopable for all of you who may also love and need these items in your life.

I want to mention - since becoming a wife and especially since becoming a mom I am beyond proud to say I am WAY more frugal and try to only buy items that I truly love or have heard great things about. The majority of the items you will find in my wish list are easy on the bank accounts however, there may be the occasional splurge.  Sorry, we all have our moments of weakness ;)

Striped Bell Sleeve Top $59 - I seriously LOVE this top and need it in my spring wardrobe!

True Roots $19 - Clean and Toxic Free recipes - I'm sold!

Mac Lipstick & Lip Liner $17 each  - Bottom line Rachel Parcell wears this color combo so naturally I'm going to need it! haha 

Loeffler Randall Straw Circle Tote $295 - Remember those moments of weakness I was talking about?! This bag is one of them!

Floral Flat $34 (free shipping)  - seriously could this flat be more perfect for spring?!

Greek Goddess Diana Bust $64 (free shipping) -  the goddess of the woods, children and childbirth, fertility, chastity, the moon, and wild animals.
Botanics Facial Oil $17  - Honestly, I'm not sure why I don't have this in my possession yet - for over a year I've heard NOTHING, but rave reviews.  I will mention I've never seen this product in store, but many stores do carry online. I've linked to one of my go to retailers.

A Cozy Valentine's Day

When your husband is on duty for the upcoming day of love you make plans with your darling daughter to snuggle on the couch, watch lots of RomComs, and try to be as cozy as possible! 

In preparation for our upcoming snuggle sesh  here are a few necessities I will be rounding up to make sure we are extra prepared for our girl-time!

Business in the Front...The Mule

 I've had a tendency lately of referencing things to a mullet! Maybe it's because our little Fiona has been rocking one for months (we did just part with hers this past weekend when she got her 1st haircut...see the pics here).  I also recently shared our new kitchen rug where I let you all in on our "kitchen mullet" secret.  You can see those details here!

So moving on to my new "mullet" obsession...MULES!

 Can't you see the business in the front and party in the back?! 

I have been eyeing several pairs for a while now, but it wasn't until about a month ago that I finally picked up a pair and HELLO I was totally missing out.  

Here is a round up of my current favorites.  I've linked them all below so you can grab a pair (or two) for yourself!

1. Leopard prints I feel like we all have a tendency to debate if they are a trend or classic - I have to say I think it's a total classic and everyone needs a few staple leopard pieces in their closet for when they are feeling extra frisky! 

2. Ok these darlings come in 4 different colors and are only $34!  A pair of these will definitely be coming home with me! 

3. These mules, especially the brown leather are floating ALL over IG and every time I see them I am more convinced I need them!  I'm told they are BEYOND comfortable! 

4. That first pair of mules I snagged...this would be them! Seriously, they are like a dressed up bedroom shoe that you are actually allowed to wear outside of your home! I love to pair mine with oversized sweaters and my Rock-star Jeggings!!  I actually just wore them on Sunday - you can see the outfit details here.  

5. "My Colors are Blush and Bashful"... Sorry, I cannot resist a chance to quote Steele Magnolias!   So for me these are just so lady like and delicate and for those reasons alone, I need them!  

6.  Last, but not least...the mule I have been obsessing over and debating which color I want to order! This style comes in 6 different colors and I've narrowed it down to these three! Feel free to comment below and help me decide!

 

So, for all you ladies on the fence about should you or shouldn't you buy those cute pair of mules...DO IT!! I promise they will quickly become your new favorite everyday shoe!

I know so many of you are like me right now and just cannot get enough plaid, tartan, and buffalo check in your life.  Our kitchen Christmas decor is currently a mix of buffalo check and plaid and I LOVE IT!  If you follow @delightfullychic on IG I know you have seen my current obsession in several post!
