I am ALWAYS looking for new breakfast recipes.  

I feel like this is one area that can get a little monotonous.  Eggs, bacon, pancakes, and...repeat!  

This Banana Sandwich is a simple way to shake things up a bit.

Maybe even toss some fresh strawberries and blueberries into the mix for color and taste.

For over a year or so I have been pretty much obsessed with the Tone It Up bombshells Karena and Katrina. Their personalities are just as amazing as their insanely fit bodies. I have no doubt their new show “Toned Up” premiering tonight on Bravo will be a must see!
