Am I dying to try this sure to be tasty dish for fall...YES

Do I have the patients for the 1-2hour prep time it requires...NO WAY

Will I be a taste tester for anyone who feels extra spunky in the crisp fall air and

gives this recipe a whirl...Absolutely!!

How would you simplify this recipe to cut down on time? 

Is there an easier way to make the pasta noodles?

Please forgive my lack of knowledge in the kitchen but, I am the girl that has a sign over her stove that says "I kiss better than I cook" sad but true! 

I give it my best shot when it comes to cooking however, at 30 years old

I STILL have a lot to learn!

I Spy: Spring 2013

As we start to welcome another season of change and embrace all the warm and rich colors of fall, the fashion world says it's time to turn our sights to a mix of cheerful brights and tranquil neutrals that is Spring 2013.

Last week during NY Fashion Week, Pantone announced the colour palette for next spring and I for one am tickled over the upcoming hues! 

I love that there are pops of bright colors and not just your typical softer tones of spring.  There is even a great mix of basic tones to incorporate with several different looks!

I Spy: Fall Chic

It's inevitable, fall is on the way!  It never fails, I always sing the blues when summer comes to a close but, honestly I'm not sure why??  I mean hello there's the obvious, packing up bikinis, putting frozen concoctions on hold, and saying song long to hot beach days...who wouldn't be bummed! 

BUT, there are a lot of things I simply adore about fall and quite frankly SWOON over.

The smell of burning leaves (ranking top on the list), mums, pumpkin spice lattes, boots to kill for, and let's not forget football!!!  I love my house most in the fall, I go all out with decorating to give that autumn vibe and the outrageous goodness of warm and cozy Scentsey fragrances (my gf introduced me to the flameless burners and it seriously has rocked my socks off) to captivate the room!

I took some time to browse Pinterest for a little extra inspiration to get me over the transition.
