Edamame is fave of mine.  There is a restaurant in Burlington (Red Bowl) that serves up the BEST edamame with just the right amount of salt...yum!
I was super excited when I stumbled upon this beyond easy recipe including the delish bean!

Hey there loves...
Sorry for the delay in posts...the fun of 4th of July totally swept me up into a whirlwind and I am just now sitting down to relax with a movie (No Strings Attached...Have you seen??...I just love Natalie Portman) and rest the last few hours of this holiday weekend.

How was your 4th of July Weekend! 
Every year the highlight for me is celebrating my daddy's birthday! 
He turned 69 today!!
